Repairing damaged buildings, one assessed project at a time

We repair walls and ceilings, restore external surfaces, deal with water-related damage and put failing masonry back into sound condition. Every project is assessed individually and priced on the repairs, materials and scope it actually needs.

We work with property owners, landlords, managing agents and commercial clients across Europe.

What we repair

Six repair routes, one assessment-first approach

Damage is rarely only what it looks like on the surface. We identify the cause before scoping the repair, then price that scope.

Tell us what you see
01

Tell us what you see

Describe the damage, the building type and where you are. Photographs help us judge scope before a visit.

On-site assessment
02

On-site assessment

We visit, inspect the affected area and identify the cause of the failure rather than only the visible symptom.

Scope and quotation
03

Scope and quotation

You receive a written scope of the required repairs, the materials involved and the price for that scope.

Works and handover
04

Works and handover

Once agreed, the repair is carried out and the finished area is handed back with what was and was not included.

Damage types

Common building failures we are asked to repair

Most calls fall into three families. Each is treated as a building problem to be diagnosed, not a surface to be patched.

How the price is formed

Water-related

Damp, staining and deterioration caused by leaking roofs, drainage or failed waterproofing.

We trace where the water is getting in before we treat what it has done.

Structural surface

Cracked, bulging or failing masonry, render and brickwork that has lost integrity.

Cracks are stitched and repointed; the cause is established before the face is made good.

Interior fabric

Plasterboard, ceilings and internal surfaces damaged by impact or water.

We fix the source first, then repair and finish the surface so the finish can hold.

Next step

Tell us what the building is doing and we will tell you what needs doing about it.

Send the building type, the damage and where you are. We will come back with what an assessment covers. Prices are on application — quoted in euros after the assessment.

Who we work with

Four kinds of client, one assessment method

Building type and access change what can be done and in what order. The method of assessing and pricing the work does not.

A detached residential house with rendered walls, the kind of property homeowners ask us to repair

Homeowners

Single houses, flats and period properties needing one specific repair brought back to a sound finish.

A row of rented terraced houses with brick frontages awaiting planned repair work

Landlords & letting agents

Planned repair programmes, void preparation and scheduled maintenance across a managed portfolio.

A commercial shopfront and upper floors on a high street, repaired while the business stays open

Commercial property

Offices, retail units and mixed-use buildings repaired around operating hours.

A community building under repair, with scaffolding erected along its facade

Care & community buildings

Scope of work

What a repair scope normally covers

  • Making goodCutting back damaged material and making good surfaces ready for a finish that will hold.
  • Masonry repairStitching cracks, replacing failed mortar and rebuilding localized areas of brick or stone.
  • WaterproofingApplying or renewing tanking and waterproofing where water is getting into the structure.
  • Render and render repairRepairing or renewing external render so the wall sheds water rather than absorbing it.
  • Internal finishReplastering, skimming and finishing ceilings and walls once the underlying problem is fixed.
  • HandoverExplaining what was repaired, what was left out of scope and what to watch for afterwards.

Anything not named in the written scope is not included. We say so before the work starts, not after.

About TBRN

Coverage

Working across Europe, project by project

TBRN Restoration Solutions Limited takes on building restoration and refurbishment projects for residential and commercial property across Europe.

Each project is assessed on its own terms. Building type, construction, access and the extent of the damage all affect what can be done and in what order, so we confirm the scope before quoting.

We do not operate a network of branches. The work is carried out by the team appointed to your project.

Before you get in touch

What helps us assess a building faster

None of this replaces an assessment. It does mean the first conversation is about the building rather than about the process.

01

The address and building type

House, flat, office, retail, school or community building — construction and age change the repair route.

02

Where the damage is

Which room, which elevation, which floor. A pattern usually tells us where the water is coming from.

03

When it started

And whether it follows heavy rain, freezes, a roof repair or something else that changed.

04

Photographs

Wide shots for context and close shots of the damage. Photographs are not a substitute for an assessment.
