Assessment & quote
How the assessment and the price are put together
A repair price is only useful if it matches the repair that is actually needed. That is why the scope comes first and the price follows it.
What the quotation is built from
Four things decide the price. Each one is recorded in writing, so the number in the quotation can be traced back to something that was seen.
Price on application — we do not publish a rate card. The quotation is issued in euros after the assessment, against the written scope, and is confirmed in writing before any work starts.

01
The damage
What is failing, where it is, how long it has been failing and whether it is getting worse.

02
The materials
What has to be removed, what replaces it and whether the existing finish can be repaired or must be renewed.

03
The scope
Which repairs are included, which are excluded, and what has to happen before the work can start.

04
Access and sequencing
How the work is reached, whether occupied areas are affected, and the order the repairs happen in.

What we do not do
What a quotation does and does not cover
We assess the building damage and the repairs that building needs. That is the scope we quote for and the scope we carry out.
We are not an insurance claims handler. If the damage is covered by an insurance policy, that process runs between you and your insurer. We deal with the building, and we supply the written record of what was found and what was done.
We do not guarantee that an ageing structure will never need attention again. Where a repair is affected by ongoing movement, weather or a failing component, we say so in the scope.
Next step
Start with the assessment, not the price.
Send us the building type, the location and what is happening to the building. That is what we need before we can tell you what an assessment covers.
