Terms of Service
What we supply, how price and payment are handled, and how responsibility is shared.
These terms cover the building restoration, structural repair and refurbishment work supplied by TBRN Restoration Solutions Limited. A project-specific written scope takes precedence over anything general stated here.
Scope of work
Work is supplied against the written scope agreed after assessment. Anything not named in that scope — including work needed to reach hidden conditions, unrelated defects, and decoration beyond making good — is not included unless added in writing.
Price and currency
Prices are stated in euros (€) and confirmed in writing before work starts. The quoted price is based on the assessed scope; if the building’s condition differs materially from what was visible at assessment, the scope is revised and re-quoted before continuing.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and staged payments are set out in the project quotation. Work does not start until the scope and price are accepted in writing.
Programme
Programme depends on the scope, access, weather where external work is involved, and any third-party consent needed. Dates are confirmed once the scope is fixed, not before.
What we do not guarantee
We repair the damage described in the scope. We do not guarantee that an ageing or previously repaired structure will never need attention again, and we do not warrant the performance of components we have not replaced.
Insurance claims
We are not an insurance claims handler. Where damage is covered by an insurance policy, that process runs between you and your insurer. We supply the written record of findings and completed work.
Cancellation and disputes
Cancellation terms follow the accepted quotation. If something is not right, raise it with us in writing at info@tbrnrestoration.services so it can be put in front of the project lead. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
